William Shakespeare: KING LEAR
King_Lear_header_2.jpeg
Broadcast live on Thursday September 27, William Shakespeare's KING LEAR stars Ian McKellen (NT Live No Man's Land; Lord of the Rings and X-Men series) in an ‘extraordinarily moving portrayal’ (Independent) of the title character. This 2016 Chichester Festival Theatre’s production received five-star reviews for its sell-out run, and transfers to London’s West End for a limited season.
If you booked a ticket in June, payment will be due at the beginning of September.

For all fans of theatre, Benedict Cumberbatch or Jonny Lee Miller, this is a must!

In Prague, the screenings are scheduled for Tuesday October 23 at the Aero Cinema, and Monday October 29

Captured in 2011, this thrilling, sold-out National Theatre production became an international sensation, experienced by almost half a million people in cinemas around the world.
Directed by Academy Award®-winner Danny Boyle (Trainspotting, London Olympics Opening Ceremony etc.), Frankenstein features Benedict Cumberbatch (Hamlet, BBC’s Sherlock) and Jonny Lee Miller (Elementary, Trainspotting) alternating between the roles of Victor Frankenstein and his creation.
